Code of Conduct for Students
(School Rules and Regulations that should be adhered to by Female Students)

To understand the Vision and Mission of our College clearly and to make maximum contribution possible to achieve those targets.

To respect the College Principal, Deputy Principal, Assistant Principals, Subject Teachers, Non-Academic Employees, and other Educational, Non-Educational Officials, Parents and School Development Committee Members, who may visit the college.

To be present 15 minutes (7.15 a.m.), before the commencement of the College. Students should not go out of school without proper permission from the Class Teacher, Sectional Head, and the Principal.

Prefects shall be present to school earlier than the other students. Prefects and other students shall respect the Senior Prefect and at the same time, Prefects shall interact kindly and politely with other students.

To demonstrate good performance in Learning Activities, Practical, College Exams, Government Exams, and the like.

Students shall not cause disturbance or shouting in classroom and disrupt Learning, Teaching, activities in the classrooms nearby; whenever the Class Teacher or the Subject Teacher is not present in the classroom.

Students should be quiet in the classroom and get interested in in Self-study, make use of the classroom Reading Corner, and the Question Bank, and the like.

Uniform of the Primary Pupils shall be comprised of embossed School Badge, long frock with many pleats, School Tie, Socks and Shoes.

Uniform of the Junior and Secondary Pupils shall be comprised of white color Jeans/Slacks, Long Frock with many pleats, and embossed College Badge, Fan model Fardah designed for our school, white color Socks and Shoes.

Primary section students may wear black color hair band. No other color hair band must be worn (fabric, plastic or metal). Coloring of nails, applying lipstick, wearing big Earrings, Rings, Bangles, Chains, Anklets, and such other jewelries are completely prohibited. No permission to come to school without wearing shoes, for whatever reason.

Footwear except the Shoes, Model Handbag, Cosmetic Items, Jewelry, and keeping excess money more than that is required for the day’s meal are completely prohibited.

Collection of money/fund or expenditure for events or for such other purposes and conducting such events in the classroom, without the permission of the Principal, is prohibited.

Participation in Morning Prayer, Assembly, Physical fitness, Wrap up prayer and in such other activities should be ensured in a quiet and respectful manner. Students responsible for Qiraath, Prayers, and Morning Assembly activities should be present early.

Walking about within school should be proper, and coming to attend school and going after school end should be in accordance with Road Rules. School uniform should be worn for Weekend or Evening classes, if any.

Attendance in college, or in classes conducted by the college should be Maximum Satisfactory Attendance. If unable to attend school owing to some un-avoidable reasons, the Class Teacher must be informed accordingly. Students whose attendance is found to be less than 80%, cannot appear for Grade 5 Scholarship Exam, G.C.E (O/L), G.C.E (A/L), GIT and such other exams conducted by the Examination Department.

Participation in Sports meet, Language Day Competitions, Quiz programs, such other competitions, School Shramadana works, Field visits, School committees, Membership and posts in the school societies, and in co-curricular activities should be ensured for personality development.

Use of resources like the Library, Computer Learning Center, Science Laboratory and such other resources should be undertaken to broaden knowledge and research, and to become a Young Inventor.

Participation in Students Forums, and in such other school activities for development of Leadership Qualities, Personality, and Language Fluency, is essential.

Bringing Mobile Phone, Digital Camera or such accessories into the classroom or to the school premises in any situation, is strictly prohibited.

Eating cooled meals, bringing Chewing Gum to school, chewing, pasting the waste, throwing, using or bringing Correction Fluid/ Tipex, or Calculator into the college premises by students, is strictly prohibited.

Going to the canteen is allowed during the Interval only. Except for the Interval time, EXIT CARD should be worn whenever leaving the classroom for other important purposes.

Classrooms, College Buildings, Furniture, Other, Assets, and the environment shall be kept clean and tidy.

It is desirable for students to have at least a small breakfast at home, and to bring sufficient meal and boiled water from home.

Debris and waste must not be thrown about here and there; instead, these must be put in Litter Bins and kept closed for proper removal. For this purpose, Litter Bins are kept in school premises.

Water could be used as required. However, as water is among one of Allah’s blessings, it must not be wasted. Care must be taken when using water in the toilets, to keep the toilets clean after use, enabling others to go and come without disgust.

Classroom or Unit buildings shall be cleaned and beautified at least once in a month. No damage or harm shall be caused to useful herbs, flower plants, and trees that may be found within the college premises.

To act or speak disparagingly with other fellow students, to act or to punish fellow students without recognition of their rights, and stealing their goods are a punishable offence.

If students are found to have acted within the college or outside in violation of college Disciplinary values and code of conduct, such students may lose positions enjoyed in the college (Class Monitor, Prefect) in accordance with the decision of the Disciplinary Committee. Other punishments and prohibitions like not being allowed attend class, not being allowed to appear for exams, and change of school, are also likely.

To act in good conduct , whether in or out of the college, so as not to tarnish the good name of the college, to contribute towards higher college achievements, and to foster a feeling of love for the college among fellow students.

To cultivate proper attitude as a student in college and after leaving college, to contribute for the development of the college, and the determination to make the name of the college well-known worldwide.
